
What We Do
Dr. Dolan, JUST Dragonfly, is very excited to partner with organizations to support community healing, growth, capacity, and agency. Dr. Dolan utilizes an asset-based, long-term strategic approach complimented by short-term action steps. JUST Dragonfly identifies and honors the existing knowledge of leaders and team members, supporting an engaging, site-based, contextualized approach. The goal of JUST Dragonfly is to develop a customized approach for each client partner based on formal and informal organizational culture, history, mission, and values.

At the organizational level, Dr. Dolan utilizes Daniel Kim’s Vision Deployment Model (VDM) as a template to foster diverse cultures of excellence, inclusion, and well-managed transitions. Dr. Dolan employs system thinking to better understand how systems function as a whole, suggesting that everyone in a system “shares responsibility for the problems generated by the system” (Senge, 2006, p. 78). System thinking is a useful conceptual framework that surfaces patterns and can clarify pathways to effectively transform the system, focusing on the process as well as the outcome.
Dr. Dolan supports in making what is invisible, visible in order to improve the environment for all stakeholders.
